E-Visa for Brazil – 2 Years Validity
The Brazilian Government has updated its visa policy, extending the visa waiver for citizens of the United States, Canada, and Australia until April 10th, 2025. Starting April 10th, 2024, these citizens will need to obtain an electronic visa (e-Visa) to enter Brazil.
The e-Visa allows for a 90-day stay, which can be extended once for the same period, as long as the total stay does not exceed 180 days within a 12-month period.
The e-Visa is available for various travel purposes, including business, tourism, transit, journalism, sports, artistic activities, seminars, cultural programs, scientific research, studies, crew member, volunteer work, fiancé(e) or spouse of a Brazilian citizen, and short-term medical treatment.
