Passport U.S. Passport – have to be valid at least 6 months beyond intended stay and must have at least two blank visa pages.

Photo One passport-type photograph. Send the photo in jpeg format.Quality Requirements for Passport Book & Passport Card Photographs
Proof of Residence A clear copy of applicant driver’s license or state issued photo ID.
Business Letter A business letter (sample) from the company is required.andLetter of Invitation from the host
Proof of Departure A copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent.
