| Business Letter |
A business letter from the company is required. |
| Invitation Approval |
Your host must arrange for a letter of invitation showing the number and the date of the Visa issued by
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or any of its branches in Jeddah or Dammam.Invitation Approval Sample
One copy must be sent to applicant to be submitted together with the Visa Application. |
| Dependents |
Proof of kinship:
- for spouses, a copy of the marriage certificate
- for children, a copy of the birth certificate

| Proof of Departure |
A copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. |
