Required Documents
| Passport |
U.S. Passport – have to be valid at least 6 months beyond intended stay and must have at least two blank visa pages. For Additional Visa Pages and U.S. Passport Renewal. |
| Photo |
Two passport-type photographs. The photograph must have been taken within the last six months. The photograph should be in color with the white background. Quality Requirements for Passport Book & Passport Card Photographs |
| Business Letter |
The Business Letter of U.S. Company and the Invitation Letter of Myanmar Company that have registered according to Myanmar Investment Commission/ Ministries concerned. Both in the letterhead. A business letter (sample) from the company is required. |
| Letter of Invitation | A letter of invitation from host organization in Myanmar. The copy of valid inviting company’s registration is required. |
| Additional Requirements (For Foreign Employees) |
If applying for a business visa as a foreign employee working in Myanmar, the company must submit additional documents (As of 16-9-2022):

| Multiple Entries Visa | First time applicants can only apply for Single Entry Visa. |
| Proof of Departure | A copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. |
