Required Documents
| Passport | Original Passport – Passport must be at least 6 months validity with available visa page. |
| Proof of U.S. Status | A copy of evidence of legal status in the U.S. Non-American passport need to provide Green Card copy or Documents showing legal status in U.S. |

| Business Letter |
The Business Letter of U.S. Company and the Invitation Letter of Myanmar Company that have registered according to Myanmar Investment Commission/ Ministries concerned. Both in the letterhead. A business letter (sample) from the company is required. |
| Letter of Invitation | A letter of invitation from host organization in Myanmar. The copy of valid inviting company’s registration is required. |
| Additional Requirements (For Foreign Employees) |
If applying for a business visa as a foreign employee, the company must submit additional documents (As of 16-9-2022):

| Multiple Entries Visa | First time applicants can only apply for Single Entry Visa. |
| Proof of Departure | A copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. |
