| Letter of Notice | Letter from employer/school confirming leave of absence and vacation dates and that applicant will be returning to his/her place of employment or school (with I-20 Form if applicable). |
| Bank Statement | A copy of your recent bank statement or evidence of adequate finance, such as a letter from a bank. |
| Proof of Departure | A copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. |
