| Proof of U.S. Status | A copy of evidence of legal status in the U.S. |
| Business Letter | A business letter (sample) from the company is required. |
| Proof of Residence | Please provide a copy of your State ID, or Driver’s License, or a recent utility bill (such as water, electric, or a lease agreement). |
| Religious/Media Purpose | A letter from the organization stating details of travelers and agreement to not perform any religious activities. |
| Letter of Invitation | A letter of invitation from the organization in China is required. |
| Proof of Departure | A copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. |
