CAMEROON OFFICIAL/DIPLOMATIC VISA – U.S. CITIZENS

Required Documents	WVT can help you obtain the pre-approval visa.The sticker visa will be stamped by the Embassy after we have the pre-approval visa. (The traveler must appear in person at the Cameroon Embassy to get the sticker visa inside their passport.) OR The traveler can bring a copy of the pre-approval visa and get the stamped or sticker visa upon arrival in Cameroon. Please mail or email us a copy of the document listed below.
Passport	U.S. Official/Diplomatic Passport – have to be valid at least 6 months beyond intended stay and must have at least two blank visa pages. For Additional Visa Pages and U.S. Passport Renewal.
Photo	One passport-type photographs. Quality Requirements for Passport Book & Passport Card Photographs
Diplomatic Letter/Note	A cover letter from the U.S. Department of State.
Vaccinations	International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever.
Proof of Departure	A copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent.
