A copy of your recent bank statement or evidence of adequate finance, such as a letter from a bank. |
| Good Conduct Certificate |
A Good Conduct Certificate from local Police Department. |
| Proof of Departure |
A copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. |
