AZERBAIJAN TOURIST – NON-U.S. CITIZENS

Required Documents	Who Can Apply? – Citizens of the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and 92 other nationalities are eligible to apply for an Azerbaijan e-Visa. Please email all the copy of documents below to us or you can mail the copy of the documents to our office
Passport	Passport – have to be valid at least 6 months beyond intended stay and must have at least two blank visa pages.
Photo	Two passport-type photographs. Quality Requirements for Passport Book & Passport Card Photographs
Proof of U.S. Status	A copy of evidence of legal status in the U.S.
Tourist Voucher	A copy of tourist voucher from the Travel or Tour Agency in Azerbaijan that made your travel reservations. If you did not use an Azerbaijan based agency for your booking, please see the requirements for obtaining an Azerbaijan Tourist – Without Voucher Visa – Non-U.S. Citizens.
Proof of Departure	A copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent.
