A copy of evidence of legal status in the U.S. |
| Business Letter |
A business letter (sample) from the company is required. |
| Letter of Invitation |
An official invitation provided by the host, obtained from the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan or
letter of invitation from the host along with a copy of the charter and state registration certificate of the host company/organization. |
| Proof of Departure |
A copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. |
