TAJIKISTAN TOURIST VISA – U.S. CITIZENS

Required Documents
Passport	U.S. Passport – have to be valid at least 6 months beyond intended stay and must have at least two blank visa pages. For Additional Visa Pages and U.S. Passport Renewal.
Photo	Two passport-type photographs. Quality Requirements for Passport Book & Passport Card Photographs
Private Stay (Friends/Families)	Your host in Tajikistan must apply for an approval for your Visa to be issued. AND A letter of invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan or Ministry of Interior Affairs.
GBAO Permit	A letter to travel to GBAO or Pamir region, for an additional fee of $50.00.
Letter of Intent	A letter indicating the purpose of your trip, name of hotel you will be staying in, the dates of your planned trip, and places to be visited.
Proof of Departure	A copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent.
Application Form	Download Application Form Two completed Visa Applications, MUST be signed.

Maximum Stay and Validity of Visa is dependent on the Embassy’s discretion. The Embassy of Tajikistan is closed on every Friday and does not accept or process any Visa applications on Fridays.
