Two passport-type photographs.

| Private Stay (Friends/Families) |
Your host in Tajikistan must apply for an approval for your Visa to be issued.
AND
A letter of invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan or Ministry of Interior Affairs. |
| GBAO Permit |
A letter to travel to GBAO or Pamir region, for an additional fee of $50.00. |
| Letter of Intent |
A letter indicating the purpose of your trip, name of hotel you will be staying in, the dates of your planned trip, and places to be visited. |
| Proof of Departure |
A copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. |
