| Proof of U.S. Status |
A copy of evidence of legal status in the U.S. |
| Business Letter |
A business letter (sample) from the company is required. |
| Visa Approval |
A Visa Approval from the Sudan Ministry of Foreign Affairs.The waiting time for the approval and visa can take up to 4-8 weeks.
It is recommended that you obtain an approval before submitting a Visa application. |
| Humanitarian |
A copy of the Humanitarian Aid Commission Certificate (HAC). |
| Letter of Employment |
A letter from your employer as a proof of employment. |
| Vaccinations |
International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever. |
| Proof of Departure |
A copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. |
