| Business Letter | A business letter (sample) from the company is required. |
| Minors | A notarized letter of consent from the parents or guardian as well as a copy of the birth certificate of the minor is required. |
| Vaccinations | International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever. |
| Proof of Departure | A copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. |
