| Business Letter | A business letter (sample) from the company is required. |
| Letter of Invitation | Travelers on behalf of International organization and NGOs or anyone entering Central Africa Republic for business purposes / contractor, must get approval letter from Ministry Foreign Affairs (MFA). The inviting or local organization in Central Africa must get the approval from MFA in Bangui. |
| Vaccinations | International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever. |
| Proof of Departure | A copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. |
