Starting April 10th, 2024, these citizens ( US, Canada, Australia) will need to obtain an electronic visa (e-Visa) to enter Brazil.
The e-Visa allows for a 90-day stay, which can be extended once for the same period, as long as the total stay does not exceed 180 days within a 12-month period.
The e-Visa is available for various travel purposes, including business, tourism, transit, journalism, sports, artistic activities, seminars, cultural programs, scientific research, studies, crew member, volunteer work, fiancé(e) or spouse of a Brazilian citizen, and short-term medical treatment.

| Bank Statement | A copy of your recent bank statement or evidence of adequate finance, such as a letter from a bank. |
| Minors | Download Travel Authorization Form for Minors A person under 18 years of age not traveling with both parents or legal guardian(s) must provide a NOTARIZED letter of consent signed by the non-accompanying parent(s) or guardian. A copy of the minor’s birth certificate or, as applicable, the guardianship document, is also required. |
| Proof of Departure | A copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. |
