| Proof of U.S. Status | A copy of evidence of legal status in the U.S. |
| Business Letter | A business letter (sample) from the company is required. |
| Letter of Invitation | Letter of invitation on letterhead from a host company or organization in Turkmenistan to be visited, certified by the State Foreign Citizens Registration Service of Turkmenistan. The invitation is valid only for 3 months from the date it was confirmed. |
| Proof of Departure | A copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. |
