Visa for Iraq
All the tourist passport holders who are going to work or meet, permanently or temporarily, at the diplomatic missions in Iraq, should NOT apply through the Iraqi Consulate in Washington DC. But their diplomatic mission in Iraq has to apply for them through the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Protocol Department and then, the diplomatic mission will be informed about the approval of Visa. The Consulate will get a copy of that approval to issue the Visa.
