| Applicants for Employment Visa | Justification Letter: A letter from the employer in India certifying that applicant is justified for the position. Sponsor Letter: An invitation letter from the sponsoring organization indicating intended destination in India, expected length of stay and nature of work while in India. Appointment Letter: A letter provided by the applicants employer certifying that the applicant has been offered a position with the company. Contract: A copy of the complete employment contract.
