| Business Letter | A business letter from the company is required. |
| Letter of Intent | A letter of intent detailing the work to be performed by the applicant while in Brazil. A printed receipt of the CNPJ (Cadastro Nacional de Pessoas JurÃdicas) of the Brazilian company must accompany the letter. Print CNPJ Receipt |
| Birth Certificate | A copy of applicant’s Birth Certificate. |
| Proof of Departure | A copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. |
