INDONESIAN PASSPORT RENEWAL

WVT expedites passport applications by hand carrying them to the Embassy of Indonesia, and following up on the progress daily with the Embassy on your behalf. Your application will be hand carried to the Embassy of Indonesia in Washington, DC.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. MISSING OR INCORRECT INFORMATION MAY RESULT IN SIGNIFICANT DELAYS.

NOTE: When your passport is ready for pick up at the Embassy of Indonesia, you have to pick it up personally.

Submit your most recently issued Indonesian passport.

The passport must have been issued less than 15 years ago.
The bearer must have reached their 16th birthday before the passport issue date.

Quality Requirements for Passport Book & Passport Card Photographs

Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.

A copy of your recent bank statement or evidence of adequate finance, such as a letter from a bank. It is advisable to erase account numbers.

A letter of invitation from host, family or friends. Photocopy of inviter’s KTP (Indonesian ID Card) and Permit from Department of Foreign Affairs if visiting in regions of Maluku, Poso, or Irian Jaya.

A letter of invitation from host company or organization in Indonesia for business purposes.

Copy of itinerary or air tickets showing departure date from the U.S. or a letter from your employer stating you have immediate international travel.

The order form gives WVT your name, address, shipping information and payment method. Multiple applicants can be entered using one work order form. You only need to complete one WVT work order form per request. Please print two copies of the confirmation page. Include one copy with the documents you ship to WVT and keep one copy for your records.

You may pay our fees with a credit card or enclose a company/cashier check or money order.

Urgent applications should be shipped to WVT using only the FedEx Company.

Please use FedEx Priority Overnight. If you are going to use FedEx First Overnight, please let us know. Otherwise, this delivery method will delay the process.
