TOURIST/BUSINESS VISA
Submit your valid, signed Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining.
Evidence of your Immigration Status in the USA and permission to re-enter the USA after your trip. Please submit original documents. Examples include:
1. Permanent Resident Card Employment Letter / Confirmation of Employment
Hotel Reservation
Evidence of funds: Recent bank statement (within last 30 days), traveler checks. (Credit card statements are not acceptable).
Proof of travel health insurance.
2. Valid US visa (e.g., H1B, F1)
3. Advance Parole Document
4. Valid DS 2019 (Formerly IAP66)
5. Valid I-20 (must be signed on the reverse by designated school official)
6. Valid I-94
